The PedZone® by Road Smoothie can be used in multiple ways. attaches directly to the driving surface and no underground digging is required. The PedZone attaches easily with a one man crew directly to any sub-surface concrete.All PedZones are built to grade with a combination of our vulcanized and recycled rubber. They are not only ADA complaint, but easier on the feet and can be heated in the cold to eliminate snow build reducing slippage. The PedZone is snow plow and street sweeper safe and is a fantastic way to mark high traffic areas with a green recycled and recyclable material. The Road Smoothie PedZone easily mills up with the roadway or street. Attaching directly to the driving surface, no underground digging is required and the Road Badge can be made in any shape size or color. The Road Badge is street sweeper and snow plow safe and takes a crew of one to install. The Road Badge is a great cost-effective solution to paint jobs that fade with time. We guarantee the Road Badge for three years after installation. When it is time to repave the area, the Road Badge can be easily milled up with the surrounding asphalt.

Non Recycled Neoprene Compound: Blend of SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), CR (Neoprene) and NBR (Nitrile) rubbers.

Durometer: 55-75 Shore A Temperature Range: -40o F to 180o F

Minimum Tensile: 725 PSI or 5 MPA

Finish: Smooth

Minimum Elongation: 300%

Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to Hydrogen Gas, Natural Gas, Salt/Sea Water, Butanol

(primary), Acetic Acids (up to 20%), Ammonium Salts, Mineral Oils, Silicone Oils and Greases, and

many more. Moderate oil, petroleum-based solvents and ozone resistance.

Flexibility: This hard durometer (65-75) sheet rubber offers limited pliability and low elasticity.

Standard Sizes are 23.25 round and depth range of 1/2 inch to 3 inches.
